General Info

1. Teams will compete with other participating teams to finish the RACE first. In the course of the race, teams need to complete CHALLENGES successfully in order to get the CLUE to the next challenge and task location. Teams travel in their own cars in order to move between locations. The team that arrives at the finish line first, wins the Race and the Grand Prize.
2. Tasks are of different genres e.g. Skill, Physical, Mental and Team work.
3. Teams are free to use GPS or internet on their phones.
4. Race start time is 8:30 am. The race will last for 4 to 5 hours.
5. Fitness is not a primary factor in winning or finishing the race. Basic fitness levels are required to join in the fun.

Terms and Conditions

1. Each team will need to arrange their own car for the race, to drive between task locations.
2. The driver of the participating vehicle should have a valid UAE driving license.
3. Each registration is for a team of minimum two and maximum four participants.
4. Minimum age of each team members who participate in a task should be 16 years.
5. During the race, the teams are required to follow all RTA rules. The organizers of WCF Kenzi will not be responsible for any offence/fines of any kind incurred on any individuals/vehicle during the race.
6. At each clue spot, only 2 members will be allowed to perform the activity. It is upto the participants to decide which 2 members will perform the activity.

DECLARATION:

1. I/We acknowledge that the organisers of WCF Kenzi reserve the right to delay, modify, cancel or reschedule the race in the event of emergency or other disaster or if natural or man-made emergencies make administering the event unreasonably difficult or unsafe. In the event of a delay, modification, or cancellation of the race as described in this paragraph, we understand that we will not be entitled to a refund of the entry fee or any other costs incurred in connection with WCF Kenzi.
2. I / We declare that we are 16 years of age or over on the day of the event.
3. I/ We understand that the Organiser has the absolute power to withdraw any competitor considered unfit to continue at any point from the race.
4. I/ We agree to follow the route as set out by the organisers and to obey the officials at all times.
5. I/ We understand that we enter the race at our own risk and accept that the organisers and sponsors of the race, or any of their agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of my/ our participation in the event.
6. I/ We grant permission to the Organisers to use or authorise others to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, data provided while registering for the race or any other record of my/our participation in this event for any legitimate purpose without remuneration.
